Politicians always have to be on the lookout for those in their inner circle who will eventually defect and write tell-all books. At least Scott McClellan waited until nearly the end of President Bush’s second term to excoriate his former boss.
In this scandal-driven world of tell-all insiders, even President Obama is not immune. It seems that he has a defector who is much closer to him than a mere press secretary. Some would even describe their relationship as inseparable. This omnipresent insider has begun blogging daily about the behind-the-scenes activities of the President and his staff.
Who is the traitorous owner of these loose lips? The one the President depends upon the most—none other than the TOTUS himself (the Teleprompter of the United States). In his arrogance, he openly declares that “There is no POTUS (President of the United States) without TOTUS.”
