Plan the Work, Part 2: Communicate the Plan

Now that Nehemiah has fully developed his plan, it’s time to communicate that plan to the people. To communicate the plan, Nehemiah went through four steps. He shared the burden, he showed the necessity, he stated the authority and then he got to see the response.
