Romans 11:33-36

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor? Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?” For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

Daily Truth

Today's effective Word for us is in 1 Thessalonians 1:5-10.
Lord,
Let the Gospel truth empower me, connect me with Your Spirit, assure my heart that I am Yours, and be my joy despite suffering (5-6). If others imitate me, let them be imitating You (6). Let the gospel that is changing me "ring out" and change others too, ringing out from them to change yet even more (7-8). Turn me from anything that competes with Your rightful rule of my heart (9). I live today waiting for Jesus to come and take me home (10). 
Amen
