Lord,
Help me love You more than: myself, my money, my accomplishments, my wants, my bad habits, and my pleasures (3:1-4). Don't let me merely look religious without being powerfully change by You (3:5). Prepare me to face persecutions for living like Christ (3:12). Thank You for Your Word. Teach me, rebuke me, correct me, and train me by Your Word so I will be ready to do Your work (3:15-16).
