Romans 11:33-36

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor? Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?” For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

Daily Truth

Today's time shaped by the Word is in Psalm 142.
Lord,
Thank You that I can cry out to You and that You will never change (2). Thank You that you know every obstacle that I will ever face, even when I am at my weakest (3). When there is no one else who cares, You are my protector and blessedness in this crazy life (5). Show me today that when I am Your captive, I can be neither the captive of nor be captivated by anything or anyone else (7). Captivate my thoughts today. Free me from being trapped by my selfish wants and others' worldly expectations. Put me in the wide open place of being under Your rule today. 
Amen
